Hotel Coppedè (Rome, Italy)

Many guests agreed the hotel offered them a great value for their money. They were happy to find their rooms were clean and that the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked and the neighbourhood was calm.

The location is not in the main central area of Rome but for some guests this was ideal, as it was away from the touristic parts of the city. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with various restaurants and shops next door, plus bus stops nearby.

The rooms were found to be spacious and clean by many guests who stayed here. They were happy to have enough room for their luggage and that the housekeeping did a good job of cleaning daily. The beds are also found to be comfortable to sleep on.

Some guests experience that the hot water lasted very little during their showers. They had to take ice cold showers or explain to the reception the situation which was dealt with leisurely.

The staff members were said to be nice people, but they lacked English speaking skills. They had a difficult time communicating with guests and therefore at times seemed to not try to explain things, such as the particular way of connecting to the Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not working at all for some guests who were expecting the Wi-Fi to work in their rooms. They found the signal to be too low and that the public areas had a stronger connection.
