Supporting The Little Guy

The motel is family run. It's kind of nice supporting a family run motel as opposed to a chain motel. They have little touches like birds in the lobby and a very hospitable attitude.

Breakfast Is Simple But Satisfying

The basic breakfast is enough and helps to get you going for the day. Besides the usual continental breakfast, don't be surprised if the owner adds other goodies like nice pastries and yogurts.

You Get Bang For Your Buck

There is a large flat-screen TV in the room with an ample amount of channels to choose from. Parking is ample and the motel is dog friendly.

It Just Doesn't Make The Grade

You may find yourself disappointed with various features of your room like no locks on the windows, grimy floor, blaring traffic noise, smoking, and the a staff that speaks little English. Don't be surprised to see sheets hanging outside the motel for drying, and electrical outlets that are loose from the wall and not working properly. There are also feral cats wondering around the premises.

Forget About The Wi-Fi

The motel advertises Wi-Fi but you can forget about it. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak or doesn't work at all. Logging in is difficult, that's if you get a signal. If you are relying on an Internet connection during your travels, this motel will disappoint you.

That Blaring Traffic Noise

There's plenty of traffic noise to keep you aggravated. What's more, the walls are thin and you can hear other visitors next to our room.
