Guests found the staff members at Continental Barcelona to be very nice and helpful, going out of their way to help wherever necessary.
A small number of guests found the mattresses to either be hard or generally uncomfortable, so while the majority of guests did not have an issue, keep this in mind if you are picky with beds.
