Due to its close proximity to the Metro station and Colosseum, guests were able to roam within the area comfortably. The property's nearness to Rome's major tourist destination and establishments such as restaurants was very practical for the guests.
Aside from the clean and well-kept bathroom facility, previous guests also raved about the new overall modern fixtures and design. The spacious and beautifully designed bathroom area also has an excellent shower facility so guests have enjoyed going to the shower more than once.
Most guests were disappointed with the lack of better breakfast food options daily. The food only consists of standards breakfast spread such as toasts, cheese, jams, croissant, juice, and coffee which were of poor quality. Guests were also dissatisfied with the lack of fresh products available.
Connecting and using the free Internet was very difficult according to guests. Wi-Fi access is only available within the communal areas and was not accessible in the rooms so most guests were not able to use it all throughout their stay.
Besides the disturbing road or street noise, guests also had issues with the loud noise coming from the lobby, kitchen area, hallways, and other rooms. Since some of the rooms are located near the lobby or kitchen area, loud conversations and unavoidable morning noise preparations are experienced by most guests. The use of earplugs is highly recommended.
