The rooms were clean and presented nicely. There was not a hint of dust and they were absolutely spic and span. Daily housekeeping helped the rooms’ maintenance as well as fresh sheets and towels were provided every day. Guests said that beds in the room were pretty soft and comfortable, and even the furnishings were up to date.
The hotel is an upscale property in Plano, yet the rates here are quite reasonable as compared to other hotels in that area. There are good amenities offered in the hotel like an indoor pool, a 24-hour business center, etc. Thus guests who were on a business trip said that it was one of the best places to stay.
Staff in the hotel was very friendly and had a welcoming attitude. They were totally attentive in their duties and were always available when their assistance was required. Guests said that the staff even enquired about their travel plans and made suggestions about places of interest nearby and modes of transport available.
There are no restaurants close to the hotel. Guests faced a problem because there was barely anything at a walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel was kind of noisy for most of the time. Because of the walls being too thin, everything said in the neighboring rooms was easily audible. Plus, there was noise coming from the street side as well, which was quite disturbing.
