The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus for many holiday-makers who can't or don't want to leave their pet at home.

Guests are frequently very happy with the hotel, describing it the rooms as spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space outside for parking on-site as well.

The location is a highlight for most guests, who appreciate the hotel's proximity to nearby shopping, leisure and dining options. Although not right on Myrtle Beach, the hotel is close enough to allow easy access whilst still making the most of other tourist amenities nearby.

The vast majority of guests were extremely happy with their stay at the hotel. However, a very small number of guests said they felt that the standard of cleaning in the rooms was not as high as they would have liked. Some guests also said they would like to see the hotel furnishings updated, complaining of wear and tear and general musty smells and stains, particularly in relation to the carpets.

Although most guests found the staff to be pleasant and the service good, a few guests have reported more negative experiences, saying staff were unable to assist them with issues in their rooms, were not knowledgeable about the area, or were not very attentive. The breakfast at the hotel is free each morning and most guests appreciate it, but a small number of guests said they still felt it was a disappointment, saying it was either just ok or was not what they wanted.
