As the name suggest the hotel is located at Atlanta airport which makes it ideal for travelers. Despite the airport's close proximity guests have reported that the noise from the runway is minimal. There is a shuttle service that runs to the airport and the surrounding areas.

The members of staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and give you a warm welcome. Many have received many positive mentions by name for going above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and they look like they actually enjoy working there.

The rooms are kept clean and are well maintained by housekeeping staff. The beds and pillows are comfortable and there are large bathtubs for you to relax. Televisions in rooms feature pay per view movies with up to date titles.

Although there have been many positive reviews of the rooms and the high standards of cleanliness there have also been negative reviews reporting that the carpets are dirty and also that there are bed bugs and dirty bed linen. According to the hotel rooms are being renovated with new carpets and new linen has been purchased.

The bar is open until the early hours of the morning and it can be noisy at times. If you have a room close by then you might be able to hear the guests and the DJ especially when they have special events running at the weekend.

The hotel's restaurant has been described as looking outdated and tired and also as being dirty by some guests with the food not the best quality. According to previous guests there are no restaurants near to the hotel either.
