Some of the showers Comfort Reading West are incredibly hard to regulate. They are either awfully hot or terribly cold with very little pressure. Some of the towel rails are falling off the wall in the bathrooms, so don't expect the most enjoyable wash.

In theory, the hotel does have free Wi-Fi, but actually using it is another matter. It is impossible to log-on in some areas and you might have to go to the reception area if you want to get online. It's a frustrating experience.
