Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites (Lexington, USA)

The staff at this Lexington, Kentucky Comfort Inn & Suites location are notable for their friendly and helpful demeanor. While the complimentary cookies are certainly a nice touch, the warm welcome was enhanced by this property’s speedy check-in procedure, which was much appreciated by those coming in off of the road for a night’s rest.

Guests of this roadside property were very complimentary of their accommodation, which was modern and tidy. The beds here were the subject of much praise, with many happy to find that these amenities were superbly comfortable.

On the whole, the vast majority of guests felt that this property represented excellent value for money. The location – right on the Interstate – just couldn’t be faulted in terms of convenience. Additionally, many found the number of restaurants within walking distance of this property to be a real perk.

While staff were helpful and efficient in terms of the hotel check-in process, a number of visitors noted that, when asked about the local area, team members’ knowledge of the region was disappointingly lacking.

Many viewed this property’s location – literally adjacent to the highway – as a boon. However, those with Interstate-facing units reported being disturbed by the endless hum of traffic at all hours.

Rooms at this property have individually adjustable thermostats. However, these appear to run on timers and do switch off in the middle of the night. This left guests in a sweat – especially in the hotter months – and resulted in a number of disturbed rests.
