There are ample parking spaces and both cars and larger vehicles such as trucks and vans can easily find a space. The location of the inn is convenient to the highway, being only one-minute drive away. The inn is also convenient to many local restaurants and bars.

The staff, particularly those at the front desk are extremely helpful. They are happy to advise on directions, where to eat and to help out if any guest experiences an unforeseen problem.

There is an elevator in this Comfort Inn, however it doesn't extend to the higher floors. Those with heavy luggage or mobility issues may find accessing their room difficult.

A hot breakfast is advertised, but this consists of ham, eggs and waffles. The remaining options are cold, such as cereals, fruit and baked goods. However, most guests found the options on offer ample and filling. Staff also provide visitors with menus from restaurants who deliver.

Some found their rooms not as clean as they expected. Guests variously found old cobwebs, dust or mold spots in bathrooms. Others felt that an overall renovation of their rooms was required, rather than a more thorough cleaning.
