The room was too hot especially on warm seasons according to guests, and the air-conditioning system provided could not be adjusted manually. Guests had to open the windows since it took quite some time for the rooms to cool up which was very difficult for those with small children.
Guests were disappointed with the overall quality of the carpets within the hotel. Carpets were extremely worn out, black, and dirty so their feet went all black due to too much dirt. There was also this strong musty smell which was not removed despite efforts of spraying air fresheners.
