Coastal Waters is a family-friendly waterfront vacation apartment hotel near New Smyrna Town Beach and Marine Discovery Center. Guests were happy with the cleanliness of their rooms and the property cleanliness overall. The suites that are family friendly have plenty of room to offer. Having a kitchen makes a longer vacation stay a breeze. The pool area is nice and most of the rooms offer a beach view of some sorts.

Being near the ocean, and in a good part of New Smyrna Beach which makes it easy to also explore the area around the hotel and the other small beach towns nearby this hotel has a good location for most guests. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance.
