Many guests remarked that there room was a bit bigger than they were expecting. They were clearly delighted by this, and enjoyed the luxury of all that extra space.

A surprising number of guests singled out these two in-room amenities as their favourites. It seems that they appreciated having them since it enabled them to prepare their own drinks and snacks.

It was quite rare to read a review that did not praise the staff in some way. Guests mentioned that they were very welcoming on arrival and seemed to have a friendly attitude that made them easy to approach with a query or concern.

This was by far the most common complaint. Guests simply didn't much care for the breakfast, with many complaints and barely any compliments at all. The main problem was that guests said they typically ran out of several food items, even basic ones, quite early on, with them not always being replaced. Secondly, some said that even if all the items were available, they still wouldn't rate it very high, since the food didn't taste all that great and the variety was not very good. Many were also unhappy that there were no hot items available at all on weekends.

A number of guests reported that they were disturbed by inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms making a noise. They didn't feel the rooms were very well soundproofed.

Guests who were hoping to get in a good workout on the road mentioned that the exercise room was really a bit small, with too few pieces of equipment. During busy times it was not possible to get in a proper workout.
