The beach is just out the doors and it's an easy stroll to sand and surf. There are dozens of restaurants, pubs, and nightlife just steps away in every direction. Public transportation is located nearby and it's possible to walk to markets and shops.
The upper apartments have stunning views from the upper floors. It's possible to look out over the sea and also the city surrounding you.
The units are spacious and the fully equipped kitchens are great features, adding to the value of an already reasonably priced accommodation. Many units also offer laundry facilities.
The hotel doesn't provide free Wi-Fi and the cable channels aren't English speaking. While the hotel advertises direct sea and pool views with every room, this just isn't the case. You might show up and find yourself staring at concrete on the back side with side glimpses of the sea unless you pay a hefty fee for the better views. Also, air conditioning isn't standard in every unit and the lack of sun beds around the pool area really detract from that amenity. Reception hours are very limited as well.
There is construction going on nearby and this can mar a pleasant day around the pool and disturb sleep early in the morning. Other bothersome noises are sounds from nearby sports courts which can easily be heard in the rooms and on the balconies.
Many units are older and run down. The beds and mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. It tends more towards the basic instead of the lush and luxurious.
