While the complex is older and not all apartments have been renovated, those that have are fabulous said guests. Guests added that the quality of the furnishings in these rooms was exceptional.

Many guests said that the hotel staff were very accommodating and assisted them with bookings and other aspects of their travel. Guests also said that the staff also helped them to resolve any problems they had with their stay or travel arrangements.

A number of guests said the position of the hotel made it difficult to find parking anywhere near the property. Guests who were travelling in a vehicle said this was very inconvenient and made it difficult to take baggage and personal items to their rooms

Several guests said the hotel food was of a poor quality. It was not as fresh as they would have liked, and in some instances, it took staff forever to get orders out. The menu also lacked variety said guests.

The hotel rooms need to be refurbished said several guests. This is unfortunate because the views from the rooms are great, but guests said the accommodation lacks warmth and is not very inviting.
