The proximity to restaurants and the beach are great. Everything you need is within walking distance. Seaside restaurants and shopping in Legian is just minutes away.

If you place importance on the hospitality of staff members, you won't be disappointed with the personnel at this hotel. They are a polite team, friendly, and even housekeeping attends to your needs daily, even providing fresh water.

Suites are well-equipped with most of the necessities to make your stay comfortable. The size is comfy as well. The kitchen comes in handy if you are travelling with family members or a group. The balconies are a convenience for relaxing outside and the TV channel selection is more than adequate.

The Wi-Fi is iffy. If you are dependent on a strong, reliable connection, you won't find it at this facility.

Towels are thin and old. New ones are seriously needed. After a certain amount of days you have to pay for additional towels, which is an insult seeing that they are hardly usable anyway.

The hotel shuttle does not actually belong to the hotel itself. It's part of another hotel and if they don't have enough passengers, you're pretty much out of luck. In fact, you may feel like you are staying at the other hotel since you have to use many of their facilities. The pool is quite far and near a busy car park. You may receive annoying calls from pushy sales people trying to hit your wallet and promote tours, the spa, etc. Merchants might get on your nerves as they holler at you to get your attention.
