The Cleopatra Superior Hotel staff members are very warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The cleaning staff are very efficient, the barmen are friendly and entertaining.
The swimming pool at this hotel is very big, clean and well designed to be safe for children and adults. There are many sun loungers surrounding the pool and so it is easy to find your own place to relax.
The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Kardamena Beach, there are many restaurants and shops close by. You can easily get a taxi to Kos Town where you can enjoy a wide variety of nightclubs, bars, restaurants and markets.
Some guests have found the breakfast buffet to be lacking, you are given the choice between breads, cereal and yoghurt. The fruit is tinned, not fresh and in order to have a hot breakfast you have to pay an additional fee.
This hotel is frequented by young visitors who tend to make a lot of noise in the early hours when they come back from the local nightclubs. The hotel bar is also open quite late and sometimes loud music is played well into the night. The noisy guests make it difficult to sleep and little is done when noise complaints are lodged.
The private bathrooms in the hotel rooms are quite small and badly designed. The showers are small and poorly designed, water seeps all over the bathroom floor as the shower curtain cannot contain the spray.
