Hotel Cleopatra Kris Mari (Kardamena, Greece)

The hotel swimming pool very inviting as it is large and very clean. There are many sun loungers with parasols and so it is easy to find a place to relax. The poolside bar staff members are very friendly.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Kardamena beaches and from the village itself. You can easily walk to a number of bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms also offer nice views of the pool area, mountain and Aegean ocean. You can rent a car or bicycle to explore the area at reception.

The Cleopatra Kris Mari Hotel staff are very warm and welcoming, all of the staff greeted you with a smile. The staff will go above and beyond in order to help you with any needs or requests you may have. The reception staff are available 24 hours a day to deal with anything you may need.

Some guests have reported that the hotel beds are quite uncomfortable. The beds are hard and you only get one thin pillow which makes it quite difficult to sleep comfortably. Although this was an issues for some guests, others did not mind the hard beds.

This hotel charges additional fees for the use of the in-room safety deposit box and air-conditioning. Both are charged at relatively high rates, the safe is too small to fit a laptop into and the air-conditioning is not particulary efficient. Guests feel that the use of these rom features should either be cheaper or included in the room rate.

Although many guests enjoyed their visit to the Cleopatra Kris Mari Hotel, some guests found the hotel to not be cleaned properly. The bathrooms do not smell nice and many of them are mouldy. The floors are dusty and sandy.
