Clem & Tines Vintage Beach Cottage is located at the rear of Clem & Tines Vintage Beach House and sleeps 4. The cottage features an open plan sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities and oodles of shady verandas. \r\n\r\nThe Cottage can be rented separately or in conjunction with Clem & Tines Vintage Beach House or Clem & Tines Vintage beach Studio. Sleeps 4, (1 queen bed and single bunks).\r\n\r\nAll linen, towels, crockery, cutlery are supplied plus there is also a cot and high chair.\r\n\r\nThe kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hotplate, micro wave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. \r\n\r\nThere is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge area along with a TV/DV player. \r\n\r\nThe outdoor area features a paved wrap around veranda with gorgeous plantation shutters and French provincial style furniture, a stainless steel BBQ and market umbrella. \r\n\r\nThere is a laundry area also under the veranda with sink and washing machine, clothes dryer plus an extra fridge.
