Previous guests were impressed by the decor and architecture of the hotel. They described it as having the feel of a old-style villa, but with throughly modern, fashionable decor in bright, striking colors. Guests said it was unique and beautiful, and appreciated the attention to detail that was obviously paid in its design.
In fair weather, Hotel Claude serves their breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Several guests described this as being the very best part of their stay. They loved sitting out in the morning overlooking the city while they enjoyed the hotel's fabulous breakfast.
The hotel does not have a private lot and the old quarter it's situated in offers very little in terms of street parking. In fact, guess were surprised to find that they could not approach the hotel by car at all, and had to unload their luggage at the street corner about eight metres away. Most guests took this in stride, but some found it to be an unnecessary inconvenience.
Some guests had a bit of trouble finding the place. They claimed that their GPS led them astray when they plugged in the hotel's address, and recommended calling for directions.
Though most guests did not have a problem, a few complained that they felt the rooms were too small.
