Most guests appreciated the excellent quality of the beds and mattresses! They have the right firmness and softness, which are very comfortable to sleep at. Guests even considered it to be the best sleeping experience they’ve ever had.
From the front desk to the manager, previous guests were extremely pleased with their helpful and highly accommodating service. They went above and beyond just to meet the expectations of the guests, and did everything they can to provide their needs or special requests.
Due to its central and practical location, guests speak highly of the hotel’s location. It is also near Davenport and all major establishments such as highways, shopping malls, and restaurants. Guests even noted that they were able to go to different places within the surrounding areas and remained close to different fun activities.
Guests had some issues with the layout and design of the bathroom area. The toilet bowl was very low to the ground so it was quite hard for tall people to use it, while shower pressure was also too weak. Furthermore, it was not enough for people especially those with long, thick hair to wash due to the insufficient water pressure.
Aside from the small size and crowded pool area, most guests had issues with the cold temperature of the water and dirty bottom surface. There were also not enough chairs available for the parents to watch over their kids.
Pervious guests did not enjoy the breakfast offered at the hotel. They were disappointed with the lack of variety and options. Most of the food was rich in carbs but most guests wanted more protein-rich foods.
