The staff at Ramada Ithaca Hotel & Conference Center are all extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They provide great customer service and are happy to accommodate any requests guests may have efficiently and promptly. The staff in the hotel's on-site restaurant are similarly pleasant and engaging, ensuring that guests are happy with their experience.

The rooms are well-sized and comfortable; the beds are fairly large and supportive, lined with fresh bedding and plush pillows that will aid in a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms are fitted with amenities such as air-conditioning that will make a stay at this hotel as comfortable as possible.

Guests were very pleased with the hotel's close proximity to Ithaca Mall which is home to a huge selection of shops, and the nearby Cornell University whose impressive campus is located in close proximity to the accommodation.

A large number of guests were disappointed with the level of cleanliness that was maintained throughout the hotel; they felt that the hotel was dusty and that the housekeeping staff should have done a more thorough job of cleaning. However, other guests felt that the hotel and the rooms were clean.
