For those who love the great outdoors and gorgeous, lengthy walks, this is the perfect place for you. Set at the edge of Lake District National Park, you can explore all day and never see the same vista twice. In addition, the hotel is within walking distance of Bowness-On-Windermere, where you'll find lots of great little restaurants, cafes and shops.

The owners of this B&B have a strict non-smoking policy, both inside and out, which is great for those who don't imbibe. It's wonderful to be in a place where the air is clean and fresh and there's none of the residual odour that second-hand smoke tends to leave behind.
