Hotel City Of Art Venice Lloyd (Venice, Italy)

The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by guests who stayed here. They were happy to have basic accommodations met and for these to be clean. The bathrooms were also of good conditions and en suite.

Guests found that the hotel was conveniently within walking distance from a bus stop and from the train station. The train only took a short amount of time to arrive in Venice. Guests could also use the buses to head to Venice.

Guests felt that the hotel was a good value for the area. If they were to stay inside of Venice, they would have to pay double or triple the price. They were not expecting a luxurious stay and felt the rooms merited the price.

The guests found the reception hours to be odd, especially since the hotel advertises a 24-hour front desk. Guests mention they are not available before three in the afternoon, and that they had to check-in at a near the hotel instead of inside.

There is no free Wi-Fi available in the rooms or in the common areas, as guests had to pay to use the Internet. Most hotels nowadays offer guests free Wi-Fi and this is considered the norm, so guests were unhappy about not having this service for free.

Guests did not feel like they had the perfect stay because the walls were too thin and therefore, they could hear the neighbours at all times. It felt like other guests were entering the rooms since they could clearly be heard.
