Unsafe location/guest house
The guests reported that the City Lodge Guest House is located in a dangerous looking area and the building looks awful from outside. Guests felt really unsafe staying at this place with electrical sockets falling out and fire alarms not fully attached to the walls.

Horrendous place to live
The rooms at the guest house have been found to be unclean featuring extremely dirty floors and uncomfortable beds. Moreover, the bathrooms had filthy floors with shower leaking all over the place and the towels felt like sandpaper. The horrible experience of staying at this guest house left the guests frustrated and annoyed.
