The central and strategic location for guests in the apartments was ideal. They were walking distance from the Grand Place market and other attractions. Set right in the old centre of the city, they were also walking distance from various shops and restaurants.
Guests enjoyed the fact that the apartments had fully equipped kitchens with kettles, microwaves, coffee machines, fridges and ovens. They were able to cook and prepare meals, beverages and snacks whenever they wanted.
The staff were found to be very helpful to guests who were pleasantly surprised to be given good information of the area. The useful spots in the city were good information to have as tourists. They also speak multiple languages.
Guests complained that the smells coming from the hallway came from a Chinese restaurant that is below. It is not the best smell to live with during the stay, but there was nothing they could do about it.
Guests complained that the lift did not work throughout their stay and were wondering if and ever will it be fixed. They were confused as to why it was not working for so long.
Guests felt the walls did not do enough to reduce the noise level made from other guests using the plumbing and those who were above. The corridor was also noisy with people going back and forth. The noise at night outside was also heard.
