There are plenty restaurants and shops nearby, including a Monoprix right next door, and it is very convenient to metro lines 6, 8, and 10, so most guests find the hotel to be a terrific base for exploring the city.
The rooms are widely described as very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen and a good variety of channels in various languages on tv, including English news channels. Some rooms offer a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a highlight for many guests.
Though the staff is widely described as very friendly and capable, many guests offer particular praise to an exceptionally helpful team member at the front desk, noting she offers thoughtful answers to any question and always with a smile.
Some guests in rooms closest to the metro are bothered by the noise and vibration, though most find the issue is easily solved by wearing ear plugs to bed.
Though it is stated clearly on the hotel's website, several guests have been dismayed to find housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis. Daily services are available for an additional fee.
