The Citadines City Centre Frankfurt is very popular with exhibitors at Frankfurt's famous trade fairs, as the Messe is within a short walk. The hotel is also conveniently located opposite the Skyline Plaza, which offers lots of shops including a grocery and restaurants. The nearest underground station is about ten minutes away on foot, and offers easy access to all of the city's top sights.

Many guests rave about the front desk team, describing them as very friendly, polite, and helpful, quick to share their knowledge of the area with new visitors. The complimentary coffee, espresso, and cappuccino in the lobby is also a widely appreciated and welcoming gesture of hospitality.

The rooms are widely described as very clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to cook for yourself (in all but the Classic rooms, which do not offer a kitchenette). The decor is very pretty, and families love the convenience of a sofa bed in the living room as well as a separate walk-in shower and bathtub in the en suite.

Housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis unless you elect to pay an additional fee for daily services. Some guests also would like to see longer hours for the laundry room.
