The underground station at Jiriho z Podebrad (400 metres away) and the tram in Korunni street (150 metres away) are ideal if you are using public transport. It takes about 10 min. to get to historic district then. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood, which pleasantly create the atmosphere of the old town location.
