Guests did not like the reception being located in the other building which is 200 meters away and pick their room keys from there and again walk back. However, there is a telephone that helps you to communicate to the reception and staff is really helpful.
The hotel is situated on a busy street with many bars and café around so there is a lot of noise at night which is discomforting for guests.
