Guests comment that the rooms, particularly the ones on the third floor of the hotel, are quiet. Guests say that the rooms are clean and well appointed with ironing board and hair dryer present along with microwave and refrigerator.

Several guests comment that from the price point of view, the amenities of the hotel exceeded their expectations. They say that the indoor pool and fitness facilities are awesome. The lobby and the parking areas are well lighted and very nice. Staff of the hotel is also friendly and very helpful.

Some guests find the bathroom amenities provided by the hotel limited as they get only one small bar of soap, conditioner and shampoo. The towels given are only two sets which guests say are too thin and very rough appearing like sand paper.

Guests say they would have preferred that breakfast was available on site, but since Starbucks and Denny's are right next door to the hotel, they consider this a minor issue.

The pull-out couches provided in the rooms are not in good condition and guests have noticed that there are stains on the cushions. The mattress is thin as well with no sheets or blankets provided either.
