Situated across from the beach and near the centre of town, Chiltern boasts a wonderful location, especially if you like to walk.
Despite the central location, this hotel is nice and quiet which is great especially if you are looking for a peaceful retreat.
Chiltern has no restaurant or lounge but there are dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs within walking distance.
There’s no lift in this hotel and the stairs are a bit steep. So if you have low mobility, lots of luggage or are travelling with small children, this is important to remember.
If you stay in a top-floor room, be prepared for sloping ceilings that are quite low. This could be a recipe for disaster if you are a tall person.
