The breakfast was thought to be a nice morning option, especially since it was included in the rate. There were plenty of choices available for guests. The breakfast was a nice option to have for most guests.

The location was found to be ideal for guests who wanted to be near the casino. It is also near various local attractions and to the famous Great Smoky Mountains. Guests were able to enjoy nature, head to the casino or explore the Cherokee Museum.

The staff members were found to be friendly people who tried their best to accommodate guests. They helped with giving advice on the area and were generally courteous. They tried to listen to guest comments and complaints.

Guests did not feel the price merits the rooms they received. The beds and sheets were of poor quality and there were rooms that did not have microwaves or mini fridges. They felt more should be available for the price they paid.

The rooms did not do much to reduce the noise level coming from other rooms. Guests could literally hear the conversations and the televisions of their neighbors. They found this to be annoying and disruptive.

Guests were not happy with the state of the rooms. They felt the cleanliness was anything but clean, and that there were various points that needed to be taken care of. Many advice to not walk around barefoot in the rooms.
