This all inclusive, family friendly hotel is situated 800m from the beach and offers three swimming pools and a spa. Each room boats a satellite television, deposit safety box and balcony or terrace as standard. Some balconies offer views of the ocean. Hotel Chatur Playa Real Resort runs a daily entertainment programme featuring activities for both adults and children. Guests can partake in a game of tennis, or relax poolside with a cocktail in hand. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served at the onsite restaurant in buffet form. If guests wish to venture elsewhere, Adeje and Playa de las Americas are both just a short drive away. A small, traditional market takes place twice a week just 200m from the Hotel Chatur Playa Real Resort. There is also a nearby shopping centre for guests who wish to indulge in a bit of retail therapy.

Many guests have commented on the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. From front of house to housekeeping, reception to entertainment, generally speaking staff are helpful, approachable and keen to ensure that each guest has a fantastic holiday.
Guests love the location of this hotel. Close enough to nearby towns to be able to easily access them and all they have to offer, however far enough out for guests to be able to really relax.
Most guests felt that the choice of food offered at the buffet restaurants was good, with many guests also enjoying the regular themed nights.
Some guests felt that the plastic cups in which the drinks were served in were quite small, and resulted in multiple trips to the bar for most guests. That said, guests understand that this is in place to try and minimise wastage.
A few guests felt that the hotel seemed quite tired and would benefit from renovations. The hotel have confirmed that these renovations are now ongoing and should be finished before peak season 2017.
A handful of guests have fed back that much of the seating in the hotel is quite uncomfortable, including in the bar area and also on the balconies. The hotel has confirmed that the chairs are due to be replaced as part of the ongoing refurbishment work.
