Most guests are all praises for the friendly staff! They are always so accommodating, even willing to go out of their way just to make sure that the guests are satisfied with their service. Furthermore, staffs are also accommodating, and they give out room upgrades from time to time according to guests.

Guests loved the fact that the property is conveniently located in Ojai. Its strategic location allows guests to just walk to the town center where everything is located. Various local attractions are also just within minutes away, making guests’ travel to/from different points of interests a hassle-free experience.

Chantico Inn & Suites’ guests appreciated the well-maintained pool area on-site. The cool water allowed them to refresh and have a well-deserved break. This feature is also perfect for those guests who are traveling with their kids, as it guarantees a fun and quality time for everyone.

Guests expressed that there is a need to replace the pillows in each room. They commented that the pillows provided are too hard for their standards, and that it caused them to have difficulty in sleeping.

One of the complaints of guests is about the rooms having poor lighting system. Although this makes the rooms cozy according to some guests, those guests who have to work are inconvenienced by the apparent lack of enough light.

All rooms in the hotel are fully air-conditioned. However, guests complained of the air conditioning units being loud most of the times! The noisy air conditioning prevented guests to have a good night’s sleep, especially for those who were very sensitive to noise.
