Guests rated the property's setting highly, as it is located at the edge of the old city, merely a five-minute ride from the city centre and the main streets. There were many “tuktuks” around. Moreover, a big market is just right across the property, and many street food carts are nearby.

The establishment itself was highly praised by the guests, noting it as an aesthetically beautiful building. The rooms were equally attractive, tastefully decorated, and with opulent lighting that please the eyes. Rooms were also modern, with up-to-date appliances.

The on-site swimming pool, according to guests, was perfect to break the heat of the day. Many of them loved the fact that there was a clean, well-maintained pool they could use after a long day of touring around the city.

Those who booked a room that faced the road weren't happy. Many motorbikes and tuktuks passed the road even late at night. Thus, the street noise was able to enter the rooms and rendered the previous guests sleepless.

Bathrooms have transparent doors. This turned out to be an issue to many guest who were staying in a room with a group, and wanted privacy while inside the bathroom. Unfortunately, this is the only option as all the rooms here have bathrooms with transparent doors.

Many guests complained that the beds were rock-hard, and that they were constantly waking up with backaches. Some even tried to request that additional modes of cushioning be brought up to their quarters.
