Guests spoke well of the staff members, saying they were very pleasant to deal with and eager to help resolve issues. Guests also said when certain items were requested, staff members delivered them promptly.

Generally, guests were satisfied with what they got for the money when staying here. Some said that although the facilities were not extravagant, they were sufficient, especially when budgeting was a top concern.

Guests were frequently surprised at the amount of space offered by the rooms here. They said the accommodations were large enough for them to feel at ease even when staying with others or travelling with suitcases that might take up a lot of room in smaller settings.

Be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning, to the dismay of many guests. However, if you let the reception staff know the temperature is too hot to bear, you'll be provided with a fan.

Wi-Fi issues were common and various here. Some guests could not connect at all, while others said the speed was extremely slow, or that the signal was not stable or strong.
