Aside from the extremely clean room, guests loved the large and comfortable beds provided in each room. The pillows were soft and the linens and bedding were whiter than white. Something about an all-white bed connoted comfort and good sleep!
Generally, guests adored the whole atmosphere of this property. It may be just a motel but they graded it above average. They find everything nice, from the helpful staff to the clean rooms. This place is definitely value for money!
Guests appreciated the fact that this property is located near the main street, and is very accessible especially if travelling by car. Various parks are within close proximity, as well as the University of Calgary and the downtown area.
The selection of food available for the complimentary breakfast was very disappointing because it was very limited. They only serve cereal, toast, yoghurt, and juice. These did not satisfy the appetite of the guests and they suggested adding more variety to their usual breakfast.
Guests were not impressed with the size of the bathrooms. According to them, they had a hard time taking a shower, as the bathrooms were too small that there was no space to turn around.
The traffic noise is loud mostly during the day, according to many previous guests. Although, some expected this because the location is on a busy street, but still it made their stay a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, guests can also hear the conversation of people from the other rooms due to ineffective soundproofing.
