Centro Al Manhal Abu Dhabi can't get any better with its location. Located near the Al Wahda Mall, guests can enjoy shopping, food and entertainment. Also, close by is the bus station which delighted visitors.

The friendly and helpful staff provide service that is second to none. As mentioned by visitors, the staff at the hotel may it be reception, housekeeping or service makes you feel welcome every time you approach them. Staff's good communication skills have been highly appreciated.

Discomfort due to noise

Some of the guests had a disturbed sleep with their stay at Centro Al Manhal Abu Dhabi. The hotel rooms are not soundproofed which lead to utter discomfort. Past guests were forced to overhear their neighbours, people walking in corridor and noise from roadside.

Though the complimentary internet works well in the hotel's public area, but in the room it fails to connect. As experienced by some of the past guests, they had issues in connecting, browsing and downloading important files.

With their stay at this hotel, some guests left delighted while some slightly dissatisfied. Reason for their dissatisfaction were the firm beds in guest rooms. Guests didn't enjoy their sleep and had a feeling of uneasiness next morning due to poor sleep.
