The Hotel Central (old name: Hotel Vostok) is located in the very downtown within a pedestrian section of the so-called Birobidjan "Arbat", Shalom-Aleikhem street. Beside the hotel there is central post office, lots of stores, trading centres, cafeteria and restaurants, Birobidjan central market-place. Two blocks away from the hotel there is a municipal theatre. A few blocks away a municipal museum is located. 50 meters away from the hotel there is a farmacy and a shoe repair's. The hotel location is just 600 meters away from both the railway and main bus stations – just six hundred meters – one can take a few-minute walk till them. If you've got a lot of luggage stuff with, taxi won't make it expensive.The hotel was first founded in 1969, renovated in 2017, renamed in 2017. Today we offer 96 various rooms to be chosen by our guests, from singles and 2- or double-bed ones to 8-room apartments of nearly 170 sq meters. The hotel has the following rooms: 4 de luxe suites, 29 junior suites, 34 1-room singles and 29 double standard rooms. All of the rooms are equipped separate bathrooms, flat screen TV sets, fridges and air conditioners, besides in suites and suite junior rooms one has shower cubicles and bath tubs. Each room is provided with cabled TV. The rooms are designed to be settled by one or two persons. In quite a few rooms extra beds are available. Detailed description can be found here
