Formerly known as Central City, Hotel Center 1 & 2-3 is tucked away in Rome’s Porta Maggiore area. This hotel prides itself in its air-conditioned rooms. All rooms are en suite. They boast modern décor and are furnished comfortably. Hotel Center 1 & 2-3 is comprised of three different establishments, all within a few feet of one another. Each building is an early 20th-century structure, offering a modern yet historic feel. A 24-hour front desk is available, either. Whether you arrive first thing in the morning or later in the evening, hotel staff is always available to greet you. They have very flexible check-in times, meaning whenever you arrive, you can get settled.

Because check-out is pretty early, if you plan on spending the day, the staff members at Center 1-2-3 will pack a hearty breakfast for you to take with you. Or, if you want to keep your bags at reception, they will keep an eye on them.

In the hotel, there isn’t free Wi-Fi available for you to use. While you can pay an extra fee to have this feature added on, it can be pretty expensive. You also have to pay by the day, not by the hour or usage.

Location Isn’t Central.

While the hotel has many perks, the location isn’t one of them. The house is about a 20-minute walk to the closest station. Not many attractions nearby, too. There is a bus stop within a short distance from the hotel, anyway.

Housekeeping Could Do A Better Job.

Despite the number of guests staying in your room, you may only get a limited amount of towels and toiletries. Once these have been used, housekeeping may forget to replenish or replace them. Consequently, you might have to ask for extras.
