On the undulating hills, only 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Reggio Emilia, at an altitude of 500 meters, stands the historical Cavazzone estate and farm. The intense scents and colours of the nature fill your senses.The wide Po Valley and the Alps surround this old place, whose intact architecture preserves its history and essence. The old farm is now an Agriturismo (farm stay inn) where the old pleasant elegance has been preserved to give our guests a warm welcome. An old stable with its suggestive arches and cast iron pillars, has been turned into a comfortable hall for meetings, weddings and events, another stable houses our charming restaurant where you can savour the typical food of Reggio Emilia. The former farmers houses are now modern and comfortable rooms and suites. An old hayloft is the perfect place for the production and ageing of Cavazzone balsamic vinegar: more than 200 precious wooden barrels spread unique scents all around, giving the visitors unforgettable emotions.
