Guests are pleased that this hotel is very accessible. It is near the city centre of Cebu and is along the main road. Taxi drivers are very familiar with the property so it is very easy to find. Also, big shopping malls like Ayala Centre Mall and SM Mall are just a few blocks away.
The free breakfast prepared each day was loved by most guests. Moreover, it was not just an ordinary breakfast but a sumptuous breakfast buffet! The variety of tastefully selected dishes were fulfilling, it gave their mornings a great start.
Many of the guests noted that they had a great time enjoying the on-site amenities. They enjoyed the dipping pool located at the rooftop. It had a view of the city which was an added value. In addition to this, the spa on the 10th floor offered really good massages.
Guests were disappointed that the front desk staffs took them long to check-in. Worse, they showed irritation on their facial expression when guests had to ask them repeatedly if the room is ready. Furthermore, at times they did not use common words to show courtesy like “Thank you”, “You are welcome” or “Enjoy your stay”.
Many rooms here do not have windows. Most guests did not like the dark, sun-less bedrooms with no view. Although rooms with views cost more, there is nothing like relaxing morning and night views.
Guests suggested brighter lights should be installed, as they did not like the lighting inside the bathroom. Overhead lighting does not do any help, it just cast shadows giving dark circles and basically make it nearly impossible to see what you are doing.
