Previous guests were challenged by the steep stairs which were quite normal within Positano area. Guests needed to exert more effort to go in and out of the property as well as going to nearby beaches or other major establishments. It has been very difficult for guests who have mobility issues especially the physically challenged or elderly individuals.
Guests were disappointed with the poor quality of sleeping facility provided at the rooms. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable so they had difficulty getting some proper sleep. Furthermore, the presence of some insects such as ants was also visible within the outer layer or sheets.
Due to the slow and unstable Wi-Fi access within the building, guests had problems connecting and using the Internet. The signal was quite weak especially inside the rooms and most guests experienced being disconnected a couple of times especially during the night.
