The rooms have poor soundproofing with very thin walls and you can clearly hear the sound from the next room which caused disturbance to the guests.
Although the complimentary breakfast offered is liked by the guests however, the breakfast timings end before 8 a.m. which did not suit many guests and they felt that hours can be extended to suit travellers' needs.
There is just one plug-in for charging in room available for kettle, phones, cameras etc. which was limiting and is inconvenient for guests.
