The staff members are said to be friendly and present for guests. They advised on places to head to and how to get there. Most queries were handled professionally and in a timely manner.

The hotel is located in an ideal location to explore the city of Padua. It was good for guests to explore the area by walking to the churches, plaza and train stations, as well as restaurants and bars. Guests were content to have the city nearby. Some even had Basilica views from their rooms.

Most guests agreed the hotel gave them a good value for their stay. They were in a central location with clean rooms and with friendly staff members. It was a good option for people staying a couple or less nights and who want to see the city firsthand.

Some guests did not like the fact there was no tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms, as well as no mini bars, or water heater. They also did not like combining two single beds to form a double bed. The lack of amenities was not seen positively.

The breakfast is said to be ok but lacking in variety. Guests were not impressed with the Italian-style breakfast and wished there could be more items to choose from.

Some guests did not like the minimalist and bare décor choice for the rooms and bathrooms. They thought it was lacking in comfort and warmth, which made the atmosphere feel empty. They did not feel comfortable staying there.
