Hotel Casa Consistorial (Fuengirola, Spain)

Guests say that this hotel is extremely well located in Fuengirola, just metres away from the seafront, and with easy access to public transport. It couldn't be easier to get around and guests are taking full advantage to explore the area.

Guests here said that they were delighted with the extra little touches that made their stay even more enjoyable. These included a bathrobe and slippers, complimentary cava and chocolates. They added that the hotel loaned out bicycles to make exploring the area even easier and more pleasurable.

The hotel staff was reported to be attentive, friendly and very obliging. Requests were swiftly and correctly attended to, and nothing was too much trouble for their guests, who say they felt comfortable and cared for.

Guests complained that the limited space and number of sun loungers around the rooftop swimming pool made for a less than pleasant experience. They said it was awkward finding loungers that had been reserved with a towel by seemingly absent guests, and having nowhere to settle when they had arrived ready for a swim.

Guests say that the rooms at this hotel were in fact smaller than represented on the website and they were disappointed. While the rooms generally differed in size, guests complained that they didn't expect a standard room to be so small and cramped.

Frustrated guests complained that service at the restaurant was disorganised and extremely slow, especially at breakfast time.
