The rooms and the bed and breakfast as a whole were found to be clean by guests who stayed here. Guests enjoyed the cleanliness that was seen daily. It was a more comfortable stay to be able to know the rooms were clean.

The bed and breakfast was found to be in a central location in Venice by guests. They felt it was an ideal spot to explore the city since it is walking distance from the Santa Lucia train station and the Rialto Bridge. There are also various eateries and bars close by.

The breakfast was found to be a good morning meal by guests who stayed here. They enjoyed having hot and cold items available and a better than average Italian breakfast.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and unreliable by guests who were annoyed that the Internet was actually switched off by the staff. The Internet was not a constant or quick amenity for guests to use. The Internet code was not given for early check in and was turned off at check out.

The rooms were thought to not do a good job of reducing the noise levels from the hallways and next door neighbours. The keys to get into the bathrooms also did not help the guests have a quiet stay.

Guests did not enjoy there was a curfew time at 12 a.m. They thought it was off-putting to have to come back to their rooms and that they did not have the option to stay late at night outside. This was especially true since they paid for the accommodations.
