Casa Amando is a boutique guesthouse in the heart of the car-free Old Town of Rovinj. The old stone house was completely renovated in 2017. It offers 2 private apartments with seaviews and 3 private double rooms plus 1 fully equipped and stocked kitchen in the socializing area. Casa Amando is ideal for groups up to 14 persones, for small families, for design lovers & aesthetes and for boat lovers. We put great emphasis on conserving the original stone walls yet modern comfort and designed it to a high standard throughout with features such as keyless smartlocks, smart TV, reliable WIFI, air conditioning, smart underfloor heating, extensive lighting, safes, spacious beds with cotton satin linens and neck support pillows in all the rooms, fully equipped and stocked kitchens in the apartments and socializing area. Additionally our guests can use the iron, laundry-washer and laundry-dryer in the house on request. Central location yet quiet neighbourhood: a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. 100 meters to Church of St. Eufemia, 150 meters to town beach „Monte“, 650 meters to the Rovinj ferry port, 700 meters to the Rovinj bus station. There is no parking available in the Old Town: the nearest parking is „Valdibora“ about 550 meters from Casa Amando (see parking overview & walking map). Our partner agency provides private, secured parking at EUR 11,00 per day and airport transfer at EUR 50,00 one way. Airport transfers for groups of 5+ people are available on request.
