With the boardwalk and beach less than a block away, a spacious second floor sundeck and a safety code required to enter the premises, this is a superbly secure and serene locale within excellent proximity to Atlantic City and the quaint streets of Ventnor City. The breakfast and evening refreshments served on-site are impressive, featuring many old family recipes of the Italian hosts, such as homemade scones, egg dishes, breads, brownies, bruschetta, focaccia, gelato, and fresh lemonade. Make sure to order breakfast the night before.

Don't be surprised to find little personal touches upon arrival like rose petals arranged around your room or a bottle of wine chilling on ice. Be sure to get clarity on which room you're booking and whether it's in the main building or annex. If possible, look at each room available to compare, as they vary significantly in size and feature. Some include air conditioners and kitchenettes; others provide whirlpool tubs, spa showers and balconies. All are optimally clean and pleasantly decorated.

The staff are exemplary with top notch hospitality.The main host is thorough and friendly, offering assistance with reservations, directions or travel advice, or anything you need for the perfect visit. Do note please that check-in time is strict, as explained on their website and confirmation letters, and they do not provide luggage storage at any time.

If you didn't select a larger room with private parking, you may have trouble finding street parking on busier days/nights.

Those with mobility issues may need lower level accommodations as there's no elevator on-site.
